Jacob has spent more than 30 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent managing commercial and hospitality property portfolios across Australia, leading teams and overseeing some of the country's largest assets. That experience shapes the way Byron Beachside cares for every home — combining operational expertise with a hands-on, local approach. Away from work, you'll find him on the bowling green, spending time with family, and supporting the Byron Bay community he proudly calls home.

DIRECTOR / COO

Fiona has led operations for some of Australia's largest commercial and student accommodation property portfolios before bringing that experience to Byron Beachside. With more than 15 years in property, facilities and accommodation management, she believes the best stays are about more than bookings — they're about how a place makes you feel: calm, connected and completely at home. Outside of work, you'll find her swimming in the ocean, bushwalking through Byron's national parks with her family, or creating linocut prints and textiles in her creative studio.
